Objective:

For a complete online service de hosting like HotelClub, the database is a selling potential you have to care and increase. This is why that for the company, the collection of new users is an important part inside its online strategy and, more precisaly, the fidelisation and increase of those posibile customers is one of the maximum objective implemented by Emailing Network.

Methods:

Desde Emailing Network consideramos que, para el caso práctico de HotelClub, lo más apropiado era desarrollar una estrategia de marketing viral a través de la dinámica del ‘Member Get Member’ en seis países de forma simultánea. De este modo, se gestó la primera campaña paneuropea de marketing viral a través de emailing. El reto que suponía coordinar una campaña en seis países y encontrar un gancho que atrajera a todos en la misma medida quedo solventando tras decidir que sería el propio usuario quien escogiera el destino de su viaje.

Result:

With the strategy developed by Emailing Network, HotelClub managed to fidelize its customers and also to collect new members in Spain, Poland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland and Italy.
